Using email at work continues to growth, Pew Foundation reported that email was a useful tool to communicate to replace traditional methods (Faxes, Phone Call, and Mailing Services). I agree on the survey, I work in Environmental Labs therefore the accurate data is extremely important. I use email contact client regarding questions that I might have. The sooner I get response from client the better information I can feedback to client. Email is one of many technologies that uses at work; it has been using a lot in today life. Email is part of my daily job; I can not work without it.
